Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tamir Tiomkin (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Attiri mobile application (the “App”).
1. Overview
Attiri is a personal closet app. You sign in, add photos of your clothes, and the App turns them into a digital wardrobe, suggests outfits, and can show a look on a photo of you. We keep your data until you delete your account or we no longer need it to run the service.
2. Information we collect
Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and, if the provider shares it, your email address. With Apple’s “Hide My Email” we receive a relay address instead of your real one. If the provider shares your name, the App keeps it on your device to greet you; we do not store it on our servers. We store session credentials on your device so you stay signed in.
Photos and closet data. When you add clothes, take a photo, or submit an image, we receive that image. We use it to identify garments, store them in your closet, match them to inspiration looks, and, if you choose, save outfits and plan them on a calendar.
Try-On photo. If you use Try-On, you choose a photo of yourself. We store it in your account and send it to our AI image provider to create a picture of you wearing a look. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not create face or body templates from it.
Camera roll scan. If you use Scan photos, the App looks through photos on your device to find clothes. That scan runs on your phone. We only receive the photos you choose to keep.
Clothes search. If you search for clothes in the App, we receive the text you type and send it to our search provider.
Location. If you allow it, the App reads your approximate location on the device and sends the coordinates directly to our weather provider to fetch a forecast. We do not store your location.
Purchases. Apple processes all payments. We do not receive your card details. We and our subscription provider receive purchase records (product, date, renewal status) linked to your account identifier.
Usage and diagnostics. We collect information about how you use the App, such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, features used, app version, device model, and operating system. We may record sessions to understand where the App is confusing. In those recordings, text you type and images are masked. This data is linked to your account identifier.
Reports. If you report a look, a photo, or a problem in the App, we receive the reason you pick, anything you write, which image or look it is about, and the App version.
Technical information. Our servers receive information typical of internet services, such as IP address and request times, to operate, secure, and fix the service.
3. How we use information
- To provide the App: build your closet, generate outfits and Try-On images, and sync across your devices
- To process subscriptions and AI credits
- To understand usage and improve the App
- To answer support requests, including deletion requests
- To protect the security and integrity of the service
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who process it for us to run the App:
- Apple and Google: sign-in
- Railway: servers and database
- Google Cloud: storage of your uploaded and generated images
- OpenAI and fal.ai: AI processing of photos you submit (garment detection, image generation, Try-On) and outfit suggestions
- Serper: clothes search text
- Open-Meteo: approximate coordinates for weather
- RevenueCat: subscription and purchase status
- PostHog: usage analytics and masked session recordings
- Sentry: server error reports, so we can find and fix bugs
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Retention
We keep your account, photos, and closet data until you delete your account. Usage analytics are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. Device-linking codes expire after a few minutes.
6. Your choices and rights
Permissions. You can allow or deny access to the camera, photo library, and location in iOS Settings. Features that need a permission will not work without it.
Delete your account. In the App, go to Settings → Delete closet. This permanently deletes your account, photos, garments, saved outfits, plans, Wear It photos, reports, and your record at our subscription provider. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the App’s Sign in with Apple access, so Attiri no longer appears in your Apple ID’s sign-in list. We keep two things: a one-way hashed key made from your sign-in account, which cannot be turned back into your account or email, and a count of the AI credits that sign-in has used. We keep them only so that deleting and signing in again does not claim the free starter credits a second time. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Access, correction, and other rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to some processing. Email us at the address below to make a request.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure.
9. International processing
We and our providers may process information in the United States, Israel, and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
