Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Attiri, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel it.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the paywall in Attiri and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What are AI credits?

Adding clothes from a photo and Try-On each use one credit. Free accounts start with a few credits. Pro includes credits every period, and subscribers can buy extra packs.

How do I delete my account and data?

In Attiri, open Settings → Delete closet. This permanently removes your account, photos, garments, saved outfits, and plans. If you can no longer open the App, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete it for you.
